- • Verify Federal and State licensing documentation for customers ordering prescription products to ensure regulatory compliance and authorize order releases.
- • Contact customers via phone and email to obtain additional information or clarify licensing details related to prescription orders.
- • Review and activate new customer accounts based on submitted licensing documentation and regulatory requirements.
- • Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent orders, escalating concerns to relevant internal departments as necessary.
- • Accurately document and update customer license information in electronic databases to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
- • Collaborate with the Sales team and other internal divisions to resolve issues related to customer orders for prescription products.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and regulatory information at all times.
- • Prioritize daily tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of verification requests.
- • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when reviewing complex licensing documents and ensuring accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- • Apply effective telephone etiquette and dispute resolution skills when interacting with customers regarding licensing discrepancies.
- • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats with internal teams and external customers.
- • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.
- • Utilize computer systems to access licensing databases, update records, and communicate internally; learn new systems as required.
- • Work collaboratively within a team structure while maintaining individual accountability for verification accuracy and timeliness.
- • Uphold company policies and regulatory standards in all aspects of customer verification and account management.
