- • Install, repair, and service dental technology equipment directly in customers' offices with a focus on excellence in customer service.
- • Perform all field service tasks in a courteous, professional, and timely manner while adhering to company standards and WorldWide Business Standards.
- • Maintain a fully stocked and organized service van with necessary tools, parts, and personal protective equipment for efficient on-site repairs and installations.
- • Manage inventory levels in the service vehicle to ensure availability of required components and minimize service delays.
- • Attend all mandatory training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, safety protocols, and company procedures.
- • Comply with all OSHA regulations as outlined in the OSHA manual, including proper use of personal protective equipment during service activities.
- • Communicate promptly and accurately with dispatchers and internal personnel regarding job status, parts needs, and customer concerns.
- • Educate dental practitioners on proper care, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting procedures for installed equipment.
- • Complete and submit all job-related paperwork, including work orders, service reports, and time logs, within required timeframes.
- • Adhere to all Fleet Management Policy requirements, including vehicle maintenance, accident reporting, and operational compliance.
- • Maneuver, lift, and transport heavy dental equipment, often requiring substantial bending, stooping, and repetitive physical effort.
- • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational goals.
- • Uphold all company policies regarding workplace behavior, safety, and ethical conduct in all customer interactions and field operations.
- • Ensure consistent quality and quantity of work performance in alignment with company benchmarks and service expectations.
