Your role will involve initial case triage, where you'll meticulously assess customer issues, understand their technical challenges, and devise the most efficient and effective resolution plan.
  • • A key aspect of this position is maintaining clear, professional, and efficient communication throughout every customer interaction. You will be expected to adhere to established guidelines and workflow steps, ensuring that all support processes are followed accurately, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

You will also be responsible for documenting all interactions and resolutions within our CRM system, contributing to a robust knowledge base for future reference.

You will be expected to take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
