- • The Customer Centres, Specialist (Virtual Branch) role at AIA Group Limited is pivotal in delivering personalized and exceptional advisory experiences to policyholders and agency members through virtual channels, directly supporting AIA’s mission to help a billion people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives by 2030.
- • Day to day, the specialist will advise on product and service information via omni-channel platforms, resolve customer inquiries and complaints by identifying root causes and providing appropriate solutions, collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery, participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, promote self-service options, contribute to project work as assigned, and adhere to all standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
