- • Owns and manages the entire contract process from initiation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with standard cycle times and defined scope of work.
- • Leads negotiation and preparation of financial and contractual terms within complex customer agreements, identifying financial risks, assessing budget impacts, and validating all contract changes to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- • Provides clear financial and contractual analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders and Project Leads, proactively communicating issues and escalating material deviations to leadership until resolution is achieved.
- • Collaborates closely with Pricing and Proposals teams to finalize budgets and financial models, presenting financial terms to customers with full command of internal financial policies and negotiating mutually acceptable outcomes.
- • Drives quarterly contracting targets through active workload management, prioritization, and execution planning, contributing to team efforts and independently achieving individual targets aligned with departmental goals.
- • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Project Leads, Business Development, and external Customers, attending face-to-face meetings or calls as needed to ensure timely contract execution.
- • Updates and maintains accurate, real-time records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Contract Management System in full compliance with Customer Contract Management (CCM) processes on a daily basis.
- • Ensures all contract documents meet departmental quality standards by evaluating completeness and accuracy against guidelines, making necessary corrections, and documenting changes to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
- • Adheres strictly to departmental metrics and timelines for document completion and related tasks, consistently delivering work within established turnaround windows.
- • Maintains high flexibility by proactively creating and resetting priorities to meet dynamic organizational needs and standard turnaround times, identifying and raising issues before they escalate.
- • Works independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all organizational levels and across diverse personalities.
- • Performs all other duties as assigned, with minimal travel required (up to 25%).
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Legal field with 3–6 years of contract drafting and/or contract management experience in pharmaceutical research, go-to-market, or healthcare environments (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
- • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and assessing budget impacts within customer contracts
- • Proven ability to negotiate complex financial and contractual terms with customers while ensuring alignment with internal policies
- • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills with a track record of managing multiple high-priority tasks to meet critical deadlines
- • Proficiency in using CRM and Contract Management Systems with consistent, daily data entry and process adherence
- • Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders

- • Salary range of $79,800.00 – $139,600.00 based on qualifications and experience
