- • Serve as the primary host and facilitator of BioRender’s live webinar program, delivering high-quality, engaging sessions grounded in adult-learning principles to global scientific audiences.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of the webinar calendar, including content planning, promotion coordination, delivery, and post-session analysis to optimize engagement and impact.
- • Expand the webinar program’s global reach by introducing localization across timezones and languages to improve accessibility for international users.
- • Diversify webinar content formats to include platform how-tos, feature deep-dives, use-case-based sessions, and live Q&A formats tailored to different user needs.
- • Design and maintain standardized CSM-facing playbooks, email templates, and modular slide decks to enable customer success teams to promote and support webinars independently.
- • Lead customized, 1:1 training sessions for high-ARR enterprise accounts, tailoring content to specific team workflows, scientific disciplines, and skill levels.
- • Develop a scalable process for customer success teams to request and coordinate live training sessions through the Customer Education team.
- • Provide train-the-trainer resources and internal rollout materials to empower enterprise champions and internal advocates to extend training impact.
- • Design and deliver structured, multi-session learning paths for distinct user segments including new users, power users, admins, and scientific roles.
- • Create digital, self-paced learning courses that complement live webinars and enable scalable, on-demand skill development across the global user base.
- • Build certification programs that validate user proficiency with BioRender, enhancing user retention and product mastery.
- • Independently produce all training content including scripts, slide decks, facilitation guides, and follow-up materials without reliance on external design teams.
- • Apply a data-driven approach to track webinar attendance, engagement metrics, and conversion outcomes, iterating programs to align with business goals.
- • Maintain a highly organized workflow to manage a dynamic webinar calendar while simultaneously developing long-term training infrastructure and digital learning products.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align education initiatives with revenue goals, product launches, and user growth strategies.
- • Represent BioRender as the face of its educational offerings in live sessions, ensuring a polished, authoritative, and approachable presence for both scientists and executives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in a customer education, training, instructional design, or customer-facing enablement role at a SaaS company
- • Background in life sciences, biology, or a scientific discipline — or deep familiarity with how scientists work and communicate
- • Have experience using the BioRender system — we love our users!
- • Proven experience designing and delivering engaging live webinars or training sessions to large, diverse audiences
- • Strong on-camera and on-stage presence — you’re a confident, polished communicator who can hold a room (virtual or otherwise) with both scientists and executives
- • Experience building structured learning programs: courses, certifications, or multi-session training curricula
