📋 Description

• Lead live virtual and onsite training sessions for clinical, operational, and IT user groups to drive proficiency and adoption of Latent AI’s platform
• Deliver role-based enablement content tailored to clinicians, pharmacists, and operational leaders, reinforcing best practices and real-world workflow integration
• Facilitate hands-on product walkthroughs, Q&A sessions, and office hours to support customer onboarding and ongoing product usage
• Own end-to-end go-live training execution to ensure customer readiness and successful platform launches
• Design and develop engaging training materials including slide decks, quick-start guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and workflow job aids
• Customize training curricula based on specific customer use cases, clinical workflows, and user roles to maximize relevance and impact
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to ensure training content remains aligned with product releases and feature updates
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Latent’s AI-powered features, workflows, and applied healthcare use cases
• Assess customer training needs and recommend optimal blends of live, virtual, and asynchronous learning methods
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to iterate on training programs, improving quality, engagement, and effectiveness
• Support customer adoption goals by reinforcing key behaviors and tracking success metrics post-implementation
• Partner with Implementation and Account Management teams to align training objectives with customer success goals and implementation timelines
• Share frontline insights from training sessions to inform product improvements, feature prioritization, and enablement strategy
• Work closely with Clinical and Technical teams to ensure all training materials are accurate, compliant, and meet healthcare industry standards
• Operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer focus
• Drive customer success by translating complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive, actionable experiences for non-technical healthcare users
• Maintain a deep commitment to improving healthcare outcomes through effective user enablement and education

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in customer enablement, training, or education within SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical operations
• Experience training clinicians or healthcare operational users strongly preferred
• Background in implementation, customer success, or clinical education is a plus
• Exceptional facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences with clarity, confidence, and empathy
• Proven instructional design and curriculum development capabilities
• Ability to simplify complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
