  • • As a Customer Engagement & Connectivity Business Architect Sr. Consultant at Allstate, you will serve as the critical bridge between business strategy and technology execution, shaping how the company proactively guides and connects with millions of customers through intelligent, human-centered engagement solutions that drive protection simplicity and personalization.
  • • You will partner with cross-functional teams in business, technology, and user experience to define business goals, translate technical concepts into clear language, and ensure alignment between strategic priorities and implementation efforts for the Customer Engagement and Connectivity (CEC) team, a key enabler of Allstate’s AI initiatives spanning global decisioning, personalization, and customer journeys.
  • • Day to day, you will analyze and document current business processes, goals, and objectives, aligning them with strategic priorities while gathering input to prioritize outcomes for CEC initiatives.
  • • You will engage stakeholders through discovery, feedback sessions, and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions, gather insights, and ensure new capabilities deliver intended business outcomes while identifying opportunities for optimization, reuse, and improvement across processes.
  • • You will collect, organize, and interpret metrics, dashboards, and experimentation results to validate decisioning strategies and synthesize complex technical information into business-friendly language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • You will champion the adoption of new CEC capabilities by communicating how product outcomes connect to broader customer journeys and driving change management initiatives to accelerate uptake across business units and use cases.
  • • You will participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to plan of intent development, and lead structured change efforts using agile ways of working to ensure timely delivery of priorities and effective implementation of solutions.
  • • You will bridge business strategy and technology execution by designing functional flows, translating requirements, and ensuring integrated, aligned solutions that support scalable and sustainable customer engagement innovations.

  • • 3 or more years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, process improvement, or a related field, preferably within customer experience, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business solutions.
  • • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders through strong communication, visualization, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences.
  • • Experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and functional system flows, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
  • • Familiarity with agile methodologies, including participation in ceremonies and contribution to plan of intent development to support timely delivery of priorities.
  • • Skill in analyzing and communicating outcomes from experimentation, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data-informed decision-making.
  • • Demonstrated capability in driving change management initiatives and accelerating adoption of new capabilities across business units and use cases.
