- • As a Customer Experience Agent at Ramp, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for resolving complex issues across payments, bank linking, accounting integrations, and card programs while ensuring seamless financial operations for businesses using Ramp’s platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers via live calls, email, and chat; diagnosing technical and operational issues across Ramp’s product suite; managing escalations end-to-end by partnering with Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships teams; using AI-powered tools to improve support efficiency; identifying process gaps and proposing improvements to SOPs and knowledge base; and communicating financial concepts clearly and empathetically to sophisticated customers such as CFOs and finance leaders.
- • Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating over $100B in annualized spend across 50,000+ companies.
