- ⢠As a Customer Experience Clinical Coordinator at Solace Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for the growing telehealth provider workforce, directly impacting patient access to care and provider experience in a mission-driven healthcare startup redefining how Americans navigate the broken U.S. healthcare system.
- ⢠You will provide real-time operational support to physicians, proactively manage schedules across 1099 and W2 providers, and serve as a key liaison between providers, patients, and internal teams when unexpected issues arise, ensuring continuity of care, fairness in scheduling, and a positive experience for both patients and physicians during high-stakes, time-sensitive situations.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing immediate outreach support when visits run long or are disrupted, acting as a central point of coordination with the Medical Director during provider call-outs or technical issues, managing and optimizing schedules for a mixed workforce to ensure consistent staffing during peak demand, proactively contacting and supporting impacted patients during scheduling changes, monitoring provider utilization and no-show rates, ensuring provider calendars reflect approved availability, supporting pilot scheduling initiatives (evenings, weekends), maintaining clear documentation of operational trends, and collaborating with clinical, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues swiftly.
- ⢠You will also take on other operational duties as assigned in support of Solaceās growing telehealth organization, contributing directly to operational excellence and sustainable growth through data-informed insights and proactive problem-solving.

- ⢠Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple real-time priorities without losing attention to detail
- ⢠Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, or workforce management (healthcare or telehealth experience strongly preferred)
- ⢠Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
- ⢠Comfort working in a fast-paced, provider-facing environment where quick decisions matter
