You will be a key player in upholding TCGplayer's reputation for providing world-class service, seven days a week, through email and social media channels.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to deliver accurate and high-quality responses to a wide range of customer inquiries and requests. This involves meticulously addressing order-related issues, clarifying payment questions, and resolving account inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will be empowered to go above and beyond for our customers, consistently striving to exceed their expectations and deliver a first-class experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.
  • • You will diligently follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all customer issues are resolved accurately and efficiently. This adherence to process guarantees a consistent and reliable support experience for our users. Simultaneously, you will be encouraged to develop a keen eye for emerging trends in customer needs and expectations. Your insights will be invaluable, and you will be expected to communicate these observations to management and relevant internal teams, acting as a crucial conduit for customer feedback.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve educating and empowering our customers. This means clearly explaining our policies, guiding them through our tools, and providing information about our product lines. By effectively communicating these aspects, you will help customers navigate our platform with confidence. Furthermore, you will act as the voice of the customer, using your interactions to drive positive change and site improvements. This will be achieved through continuous feedback loops and timely escalations of issues that require broader attention.
  • • You will also play a vital role in triaging customer tickets. This involves assessing the urgency and nature of incoming requests and directing them to the appropriate team or individual, whether within your immediate Customer Experience (CX) team or across other departments. This ensures that customer issues are handled by the right experts, minimizing resolution times and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • • This position is specifically for the overnight timeframe (EST), offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our global support operations during off-peak hours.
