  • • As a Customer Experience Representative at Polymarket, you will serve as the senior point of contact during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality support during peak market activity when customer demand spikes due to sports, elections, and breaking news.
  • • You will own customer experience coverage across the ticketing system, monitor community and social channels, handle complex and escalated tickets (including market disputes, withdrawal issues, KYC, and account access), route tickets to appropriate internal teams with proper PII handling, and maintain compliance with approved customer language guidelines in a regulated environment.
  • • Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market platform, enabling users to trade on real-world event outcomes across politics, economics, sports, and culture. With $21B traded in 2025 and a mission to become a global beacon of truth, the company operates as a decentralized, peer-to-peer marketplace that aggregates collective intelligence into transparent probabilities.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in regulated consumer support, crisis escalation, and 24/7 operations, while building macros and response templates, improving team handoffs, and gaining exposure to trust and safety, compliance, and KYC/AML workflows in a fast-growing fintech/crypto environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4 years in customer experience, customer support, or trust and safety, ideally at a fintech, crypto, gaming, or regulated consumer platform
  • • Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is a hard requirement — standard shift is 12pm–8pm PT / 3pm–11pm ET
  • • Strong written communication that shifts naturally between empathetic, firm, and neutral depending on the situation
  • • Hands-on experience with CRM tooling: macros, tagging, ticket triage, basic reporting
  • • Self-directed during your shift — you'll often be the most senior CX person online and need to know when to act and when to escalate
  • • Clear understanding that this is a regulated U.S. platform and that customer comms must stay inside approved guidelines
