📋 Description

  • The Customer Implementation Coordinator serves as the first operational point of contact for newly signed customers, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to Customer Experience by treating each new customer as a project to coordinate through early implementation steps.
  • Day to day, the role reviews newly executed contracts, verifies setup information, confirms purchased solutions, provisions new accounts within two business hours, leads initial customer kickoff calls, follows up on missed meetings, collects customer data for system setup, assists with payment and financing setup, and educates customers on onboarding resources and timelines.
  • WEX Inc. is a company focused on delivering seamless customer experiences, where this role supports the Customer Experience team by bridging sales and post-sale operations to ensure customers are set up for success from day one.
  • In this role, the individual will develop strong project management and customer communication skills, gain experience in SaaS onboarding processes, and build expertise in coordinating cross-functional efforts to accelerate customer time to value and reinforce trust in the platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in related roles or customer service
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong organization and project management skills, including ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and maintain high attention to detail
