  • • As a Customer Implementation Manager at Gorgias, you will manage the full onboarding lifecycle for customers in the APAC region, from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation, ensuring a seamless and value-driven start to their journey with our Helpdesk and AI Agent products.
  • • You will conduct tailored implementation and optimization sessions, act as a trusted advisor by customizing solutions to customer needs, and drive adoption by reducing time to activation through proactive guidance and white-glove service.
  • • You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, document feedback for continuous improvement, analyze e-commerce data to optimize support strategies, and manage project timelines to mitigate risks and accelerate time to value.
  • • You will join a mission-driven team focused on turning customer interactions into intelligent, personalized relationships through AI-powered conversational commerce, where your work directly impacts customer retention, product adoption, and long-term business success in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
