- • The Customer Logistics Manager is a vital role within Ryder System, Inc., one of the largest and most respected names in logistics, transportation, fleet maintenance, and supply chain services globally. This position oversees day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of operations and account management in the Dedicated Transportation Solutions business vertical.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing customer service satisfaction and expectation management, staffing performance and development of exempt and non-exempt employees, day-to-day planning and scheduling, health and safety management, and ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. The manager also provides off-shift support during critical customer network disruptions and makes timely decisions in fast-paced environments.
