- • As an Implementation Manager at Flagright Inc., you will own the end-to-end execution of complex enterprise implementations for an AI-powered financial crime compliance platform used by Fortune 500 companies, banks, and fintechs globally. Your role is critical in ensuring customers go live successfully, on time, and with zero surprises, directly impacting the company’s ability to deliver value at scale.
- • Day to day, you will run project plans, coordinate engineering and customer teams, manage data migrations and integrations, conduct dry runs and cutovers, train customer teams, and lead hypercare stabilization post-go-live. You will also identify and mitigate risks, manage stakeholder expectations across technical and business groups, and ensure seamless transitions to ongoing operations.
- • Flagright operates as a lean, high-performance team with direct access to leadership, minimal bureaucracy, and an asynchronous culture. You’ll work alongside top-tier talent from Y Combinator, ex-AWS, and Palantir in a high-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS delivery, financial compliance systems, and cross-functional stakeholder management. You’ll gain ownership of high-stakes projects, sharpen your technical fluency in APIs and data integrations, and grow as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients in a fast-moving, impact-driven environment.

- • 3-5 years of experience in delivery, implementation, or technical project management, ideally for a B2B software product sold to enterprise customers
- • A track record of personally owning complex deliveries from kickoff to a live, stable production state
- • Strong project management skills: building and owning a project plan, holding a critical path, sequencing work, tracking risks and dependencies, and driving a multi-stakeholder project to completion
- • Strong stakeholder management skills: aligning customer and internal stakeholders with competing priorities, setting and holding expectations, and driving decisions across groups
- • Technical fluency: comfort with APIs, data, and integrations, and ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineers and customers
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- • Get equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startup
- • Work alongside a highly competent, top-tier team including professionals from Y Combinator, ex AWS, and Palantir
- • Enjoy a low-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, and an asynchronous communications culture
- • Product with clear, real-world differentiation in financial crime compliance
- • High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement
- • Hybrid work arrangement: remote on Monday and Friday
