📋 Description
- • The Temp CIC Support Specialist role is critical to ensuring accurate timekeeping, performance tracking, and reporting for direct operation associates within ACG’s contact center operations, directly supporting payroll accuracy and workforce management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing time entries and attendance via company systems, resolving timecard exceptions daily, supporting supervisors with performance data, researching and resolving complex issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams for agent information updates, producing and distributing reports, auditing leave time (PTO, LOA, ADA, Holiday), training new employees on policies, and ensuring all timecards are reviewed and approved before payroll deadlines.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1+ years of contact center experience
- • Experience with workforce management software required; working knowledge of NICE IEX preferred
- • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
