- • As a Strategic Implementation Specialist at Ashby Inc., you will manage and execute end-to-end implementations of Ashby’s solution for new enterprise customers in the Americas, ensuring a strong foundation and clear path to value from day one.
- • You will develop and deliver tailored implementation plans, manage multiple complex projects concurrently, and serve as the proactive guide and advocate for customers throughout onboarding, driving adoption and time-to-value.
- • You will join Ashby’s growing Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on customer needs and continuously improve implementation processes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations, sharpen your stakeholder management and change leadership skills, and contribute to shaping best practices that elevate the entire customer experience at a high-growth, mission-driven company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex B2B SaaS implementation and onboarding projects concurrently, including defining scope, aligning stakeholders, communicating plans, and delivering results on schedule.
- • Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products with multi-step workflows, core workflows, and system integrations; technically curious and able to navigate technical intricacies.
- • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships through high engagement, clear communication, and proactive advocacy, tailoring implementations to meet specific customer needs and guiding change management.
- • Demonstrated skill in cross-functional collaboration with teams across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on progress and drive customer outcomes.
- • Data-driven mindset: uses metrics and analytics to inform decisions, measure success, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and process-oriented; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is eager to optimize workflows for efficiency and efficacy.
