- • The Sourcing & Supply Analyst contributes to Ryder’s competitive status and profitable operations by executing sourcing events, conducting spend analysis, negotiating contracts, and securing the best total cost of ownership.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching internal business needs and market trends to recommend sourcing strategies, designing RFPs/RFQs and electronic auctions, reviewing supplier proposals and financial models, tracking monthly savings against targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues, engaging suppliers to improve quality and cost, and monitoring market trends to benchmark contracts.

- • In this role, the analyst will develop advanced analytical and negotiation skills, gain end-to-end sourcing lifecycle expertise, lead process improvement initiatives, and build strategic supplier relationships that directly impact Ryder’s profitability and supply chain resilience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- • Four (4) or more years of experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Management
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
