- • Ambience Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Customer Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in amplifying our most valuable asset: our customers. This position is instrumental in building and nurturing our customer advocacy programs, establishing a robust customer proof infrastructure, and fostering cross-functional partnerships. The ultimate goal is to strategically leverage customer success stories and insights across all stages of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring that Ambience's impact and value are communicated authentically through the voices of those who benefit most from our AI intelligence platform. By focusing on marketing *through* customers rather than *to* them, this role will be at the forefront of building market credibility and driving growth.
- • In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and scaling of comprehensive customer advocacy programs. This includes identifying and cultivating referenceable customers, developing compelling case studies that highlight tangible ROI and improved patient care, facilitating customer participation in speaking engagements and industry events, and capturing powerful testimonials that resonate with prospective clients. You will act as the central hub for all customer-related evidence, ensuring that these powerful narratives are strategically deployed to support sales enablement, product marketing, and overall brand building efforts. Your work will directly contribute to Ambience's mission of restoring humanity to healthcare by showcasing how our technology alleviates administrative burdens and allows providers to focus on what matters most – patient care.
- • A core responsibility will be to support Ambience's growth and expansion initiatives. This involves close collaboration with Sales and Growth teams, particularly when accounts are expanding into new departments or specialties within health systems. You will equip these teams with the most relevant proof points, peer success stories, and customer testimonials to overcome objections and accelerate deal cycles. Furthermore, you will meticulously own and maintain the customer proof repository. This centralized, searchable library will house a wealth of information, including research findings, detailed case studies, customer success stories, referenceable contacts, and key performance metrics. The objective is to empower any internal team – from Sales to Product to Marketing – to quickly and easily access the precise customer evidence they need to be effective.
- • You will also play a key role in managing and enhancing our advisory councils and community programs. This entails managing the logistical aspects of these engagements, synthesizing valuable insights shared by participants, and fostering strong relationships and ongoing engagement with customer leaders. Driving cross-functional coordination for advocate deployment is another critical function. You will ensure that teams such as Care Transformation, Product, Sales, Communications, and Research are fully informed about which customer advocates are available, the appropriate forums for their involvement, and the key narratives to emphasize. This ensures a cohesive and impactful use of customer voices across the organization.
- • A significant part of your contribution will be ensuring narrative alignment across all customer-generated content. This means meticulously ensuring that every case study, testimonial, and reference story accurately reflects Ambience's overarching positioning. You will champion the narrative around care transformation, our leadership in clinical AI, and the power of our intelligence platform. By consistently reinforcing these key messages, you will strengthen our market position and ensure that our customer advocacy efforts are strategically aligned with our business objectives. The expected outcomes for this role include a significant growth in our active advocate base within the first two quarters, ensuring diverse persona and specialty coverage. You will establish reference fulfillment, speaker preparation, and case study pipelines as reliable, well-run engines. Customer evidence will be consistently attached to expansion opportunities, and internal teams will be empowered to self-serve from the proof repository, reducing reliance on direct support. Advisory council sessions will yield actionable insights to inform product, GTM, and narrative decisions, while cross-functional advocacy workflows will become documented, predictable, and reliable. Ultimately, published customer stories will powerfully reinforce our GTM and product priorities, solidifying Ambience's reputation as a leader in healthcare AI.
