- • As a Customer Onboarding Manager (Healthcare) at Doctolib, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our digital solutions for healthcare customers, ranging from medical practices to hospitals and clinics. You will serve as the central point of contact and project lead, guiding clients through the entire onboarding process from kick-off to live usage of our digital tools, directly contributing to the digital transformation of the German healthcare system.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include taking over projects after handover from Sales, planning and coordinating the full onboarding process, acting as the main customer contact and liaison with internal Doctolib teams, conducting kick-off meetings, performing technical and organizational analysis, configuring digital solutions, managing data import/export, training key users and end-users on-site or remotely, supporting Go-Live, documenting project progress, and handing over completed projects to the Performance Team.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Doctolib, a leading European digital health company dedicated to improving access to healthcare through innovative technology. The team values collaboration, ownership, and impact, working across functions to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term success in healthcare digitalization.
- • In this role, you will develop strong project management, stakeholder communication, and change management skills while gaining deep expertise in healthcare IT systems and digital patient journeys. You will have the opportunity to lead end-to-end customer implementations, build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, and grow into a strategic advisor role within a fast-growing, purpose-led organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • First experience in project management or customer consulting, ideally in healthcare, B2B, or software environments
- • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for taking responsibility as the main point of contact for various stakeholders
- • Structured, independent work style with a high degree of solution orientation
- • Proficiency in using GenAI tools as part of your routine workflow
- • Willingness to travel for on-site customer appointments in the Munich area and beyond
- • Very good German and good English language skills
