- • Onboard new Mid-Market CrowdStrike Premium Support customers, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of CrowdStrike’s AI-native security platform.
- • Collaborate with customers and account teams to define and deliver success criteria during the first 90 days of engagement.
- • Provide project leadership for new customer implementations, managing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
- • Identify opportunities for process improvement within customer onboarding and support workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- • Serve as the primary customer advocate by representing customer feedback to internal CrowdStrike stakeholders, ensuring issues are documented and addressed.
- • Engage with customers at all organizational levels, including SOC teams, IT administrators, and C-suite executives, to align technical outcomes with business goals.
- • Research and resolve technical customer issues promptly, providing clear recommendations and actionable plans.
- • Escalate critical customer issues to management when necessary and maintain ownership of the overall resolution process, leading cross-functional teams as needed.
- • Leverage internal technical resources—including development engineers, knowledge bases, and proprietary tools—to deliver accurate and effective solutions.
- • Create and contribute to internal knowledge base content to capture new insights, solutions, and best practices for company-wide reuse.
- • Participate in team technical communications to share knowledge, learn emerging technologies, and stay current with complementary security applications.
- • Proactively identify renewal risks and partner with internal teams to implement remediation strategies that ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- • Drive support cases to resolution, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes aligned with service level expectations.
- • Travel up to 25% to meet with customers, conduct on-site implementations, or participate in team and client events.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- • Professional fluency with the English language
- • Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems
- • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
- • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
- • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- • Proven problem-solving skills
- • Collaborative attitude
- • Ability to travel up to 25%
