- • Customer Operations and Analytics Manager role focused on driving effectiveness and efficiency for the Client Advisory Services organization by building scalable post-sales infrastructure and processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with functional leads to design and improve workflows, documenting business processes, developing reporting and data insights using Tableau and Snowflake, enhancing operational dashboards, consulting with stakeholders and data engineering teams, supporting quarterly business reviews, and improving reporting automation and data quality.
- • The role sits within Optro’s Client Advisory Services (CAS) Operations & Analytics team, collaborating with Customer Success, Customer Education, Onboarding & Implementation, Customer Support, and Renewals to scale post-sales operations and customer obsession initiatives.
- • The position offers the opportunity to grow an operations and analytics career while driving business outcomes, building cross-functional relationships, and contributing to the scaling of one of North America’s fastest-growing SaaS companies with a strong mission in audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field
- • 3+ years of sales or post sales / professional services operations experience, ideally in software/SaaS or management consulting
- • 3+ years of technical experience performing data analysis and driving insights through visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL
- • 2+ years of experience and proficiency in Excel or GSheet, including VLookup, XLookup, nested statements, and pivot tables
- • Ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into effective use of applications
