đź“‹ Description
- • As a Customer Program Manager at Nexxa s.r.l., you will serve as the operational backbone of the customer delivery engine, ensuring that complex AI-driven industrial solutions are delivered on time, with full visibility and zero surprises across global engineering teams. This role is critical to translating Nexxa’s breakthroughs in artificial super intelligence into reliable, scalable outcomes for Fortune 100 industrial clients in manufacturing, logistics, energy, and infrastructure.
- • You will manage end-to-end project schedules for customer engagements spanning Applied AI (FDE) and core engineering teams across multiple geographies and time zones, maintaining real-time status visibility through Jira, Confluence, and weekly reporting so that leadership, engineering, and the Delivery Manager always have a single source of truth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include running bi-weekly planning reviews, customer submission reviews, and dev question sessions; proactively identifying risks and blockers before they impact deadlines; owning cross-site coordination to align handoffs between teams in different time zones; driving daily and weekly status updates in team channels with clear DRIs and next actions; preparing and delivering weekly internal status reports to the CPO every Friday; tracking delivery governance artifacts like project plans, QA checklists, and go-live readiness assessments; coordinating resource allocation and capacity planning across FDEs and engineering to prevent overload; ensuring Jira hygiene through correct assignees, updated due dates, and clean backlogs; and supporting the Delivery Manager in preparing customer-facing materials such as milestone review decks and QBR data.
- • You will work closely with a Delivery Manager who owns customer relationships, outcome quality, and CSAT/NPS, while you focus exclusively on schedule integrity, visibility, and execution discipline — together forming a balanced delivery partnership where the DM ensures the right thing is built at the right quality, and you ensure it’s delivered on schedule with full transparency.
- • Nexxa is building artificial super intelligence for heavy industries, backed by top Silicon Valley VCs, and operates with minimal bureaucracy — you’ll work directly with the CPO and CTO on every engagement, gaining unparalleled exposure to cutting-edge AI systems applied to real-world industrial challenges.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical program management for AI/ML-driven enterprise systems, refine your ability to manage complex, distributed engineering workflows, and gain experience in enterprise SaaS delivery within high-stakes industrial domains — positioning you as a leader in operationalizing advanced technology at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in technical program management, project management, or delivery management, with at least 2 years managing cross-functional, cross-site engineering teams
- • Proven experience managing 3–5 concurrent external-facing projects simultaneously without dropping balls, demonstrating a systematic approach rather than reactive hustle
- • Strong command of project management tooling including Jira, Confluence, Rocketlane (or similar), and spreadsheet-based reporting, with a track record of keeping these tools clean, current, and reliable for automated reporting
- • Experience coordinating across time zones and distributed teams, particularly with India/APAC engineering teams, and ability to structure effective async handoffs
- • Excellent written communication — status updates, escalations, and meeting notes are crisp, bullet-point driven, and actionable with clear owners and dates
- • Technical fluency to read architecture docs, understand data pipeline concepts, and engage productively with engineers on scope, effort, and trade-offs — no coding required, but ability to grasp complex technical work
- • Anticipatory mindset — consistently identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers at least one week before they impact deadlines, with proposed mitigations
- • Experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting delivery, or systems integration; heavy industry experience (manufacturing, supply chain, energy) is a strong plus
🏖️ Benefits
- • Architect the intelligence layer for the world’s largest industrial companies — your work will run with top Fortune 100 companies in manufacturing, logistics, energy, and infrastructure
- • Work directly with the CPO and CTO on every engagement — zero layers of bureaucracy, enabling fast decision-making and high-impact collaboration
- • Backed by Silicon Valley top VCs, with access to their portfolio network, enterprise resources, and strategic guidance
- • Early-stage equity with significant upside potential as Nexxa scales its AI superintelligence platform globally
