📋 Description

• • The Operations Support Director (Claim) at Evernorth leads cross-functional project implementation within Provider Operations, focusing on claim functions and initiatives to support the claim roadmap and drive automation and system enhancements.
• • Day to day, the role involves serving as the primary escalation point for production support, managing and mentoring subject matter expert teams, collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners, defining and leading the multi-year automation roadmap, overseeing Auto Adjudication performance, ensuring governance and controls post-implementation, managing system release cycles, identifying and mitigating operational risks, and overseeing budget opportunities for cost savings.
• • The team operates within a highly matrixed organization at The Cigna Group, partnering with operations, technology, finance, and risk leaders to improve health and vitality through Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services divisions.
