- • As a Customer Project Manager for Hospital Patient Monitoring at Koninklijke Philips N.V., you will be instrumental in cultivating and sustaining robust, trust-based relationships with our valued customers throughout Poland.
- • Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless continuity of service and strong local engagement by maintaining proactive, transparent communication and developing a profound understanding of each customer's unique needs and operational environment.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve on-site presence at hospital facilities, where you will be responsible for timely coordination of activities, swift and effective issue resolution, and consistent delivery of high-quality service, particularly within demanding, high-touch healthcare settings.
- • You will lead the meticulous execution of complex project tasks, ensuring that all deliverables not only meet but exceed customer expectations, all while adhering strictly to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- • This involves engaging directly with customers on both technical and operational fronts, offering expert guidance, and adeptly resolving advanced issues to uphold exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- • Operating with independent judgment under limited supervision, you will be empowered to drive project success and ensure full compliance with Philips' standards and regulatory requirements, fostering strong and collaborative relationships with both internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- • A key responsibility will be the development and implementation of comprehensive, detailed project plans. This requires meticulous coordination with various departments, including engineering, sales, order management, and customer IT teams, to ensure optimal resource allocation and the timely achievement of all critical project milestones.
- • You will be tasked with analyzing project performance data and key metrics. This analytical approach will enable you to provide strategic insights aimed at optimizing project outcomes, enhancing the overall value delivered to the customer, and actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- • A crucial part of risk management involves evaluating potential project risks, identifying emerging issues, and managing change requests. You will collaborate closely with other project managers and relevant teams to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies, thereby ensuring project success while diligently maintaining and strengthening customer trust.
- • Your role demands a strong IT and systems background, coupled with hands-on experience in software-heavy environments, ideally with exposure to complex or enterprise-scale solutions. This foundation is critical for understanding and managing the intricacies of patient monitoring systems.
- • You will be expected to communicate confidently and effectively in both Polish and English, facilitating smooth interactions with diverse stakeholders. The ability to coordinate multiple parties while maintaining a highly organized and detail-oriented approach is paramount.
- • Proficiency in software-based systems and system configuration is essential. You should be comfortable discussing network topics, including connectivity, infrastructure, and technical parameters, and be capable of working seamlessly across both software and selected hardware components of the patient monitoring solutions.
- • The role involves managing large-scale deployments, potentially encompassing hundreds or thousands of devices. This requires the ability to work effectively under significant time pressure, set clear priorities, adeptly resolve complex issues, and maintain close coordination with engineering teams, order management, and customer IT and clinical teams.
- • Direct engagement with hospital customers is a core function. You will be responsible for clearly explaining technical and infrastructural requirements, such as network capabilities, power supply needs, and room readiness. A willingness for frequent on-site visits and regular travel within Poland is expected, supported by the requirement of a valid B driving license.
