- • As a Customer Sales Engineer at UpGuard, you will serve as the primary technical and product expert for the Account Management team, playing a critical role in driving customer expansion through complex renewal and upsell opportunities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Account Managers to demonstrate advanced technical value of UpGuard’s multi-product Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) platform, architecting tailored solutions, and providing expert guidance during high-stakes sales engagements.
- • You will be the go-to authority on product functionality, security ratings, threat intelligence, and agentic AI capabilities, translating technical features into business outcomes that resonate with enterprise customers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or post-sales technical role, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
- • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and security teams.
- • Hands-on familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as threat intelligence, security ratings, attack surface management, or risk posture assessment.
- • Demonstrated skill in solution architecture and technical discovery during renewal, upsell, or expansion sales cycles.
- • Self-motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and AI-augmented sales environments.
- • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a consultative mindset focused on customer outcomes.
