- • As a Customer Sales Engineer at UpGuard, you will serve as the primary technical and product expert for the Account Management team, driving customer expansion by supporting complex renewal and upsell opportunities with deep technical knowledge of the Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) platform.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Account Managers to demonstrate advanced technical value, architect tailored solutions, and communicate the business impact of UpGuard’s multi-product offerings, including security ratings, threat intelligence, and agentic AI capabilities, to existing customers.
- • You will join a high-performing, collaborative sales team at a fast-growing cybersecurity leader that recently secured a US$75M Series C and is scaling to process 100 billion risk signals daily, operating in a culture that prioritizes customer security posture and digital resilience.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cyber risk management, refine your consultative sales and technical presentation skills, and directly contribute to revenue growth by enabling customers to maximize the value of UpGuard’s platform in an evolving threat landscape.
