  • • Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and resolving a wide range of customer inquiries, from billing discrepancies and tariff questions to technical issues with smart home devices and renewable energy systems, using internal tools and knowledge bases while exercising judgment to escalate complex cases when needed.
