📋 Description
- • Customer Service Advisor - Weekends role at New Wave Capital Limited (Capital on Tap) – a remote position supporting small business owners via phone, email, and live chat, playing a vital role in delivering excellent customer experience and building strong relationships as the friendly voice of the company.
- • Day to day responsibilities include providing friendly, professional support across channels; resolving issues efficiently with full ownership of each case; listening carefully to deliver fair, practical solutions; staying updated on products and policies; proactively identifying ways to improve customer experience (e.g., enhancing FAQs, suggesting process improvements); and recognising customers needing additional support to ensure they receive appropriate help.
- • The Customer Service team is part of a fast-growing, profitable fintech with 1,000+ employees, £20bn in annual card spend, 200,000+ customers, and 17,000+ Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.7 stars. The company offers a business credit card, spend management platform, savings product, and other financial tools designed to make running a small business easier.
- • In this role, you will develop strong customer service and communication skills, gain experience in a high-volume financial services environment, learn to manage complex enquiries with sound judgement, and contribute to process improvements while working within a values-driven culture that emphasizes feedback, ownership, and continuous learning.

- • Strong customer service experience, ideally within a call centre or financial services environment
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
- • Sound judgement and confidence when managing complex or sensitive customer enquiries
- • Proven ability to handle a high volume of requests while maintaining accuracy and quality
- • Proactive attitude, with a strong focus on resolving issues at the first point of contact
