- • Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others and a knack for sales? Distro, Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-centric Sales Agent / Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. This role is pivotal in shaping our customer interactions, ensuring every client receives exceptional service while also driving our sales objectives forward. You will be the first point of contact for many of our potential customers, playing a crucial role in guiding them through our product offerings and supporting them throughout the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to the final reservation.
- • In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary goal will be to provide clear, concise, and accurate explanations of our products and services, ensuring customers understand their options and benefits. You’ll need to be adept at actively listening to customer needs, identifying their unique requirements, and skillfully recommending solutions that best fit their situation. This consultative approach is key to building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
- • A significant part of your role will involve a strong commercial focus. You will be tasked with preparing and sending out detailed quotations, ensuring all necessary information is included and presented professionally. Beyond just sending information, you will be expected to proactively follow up on these quotations, engaging with potential clients to address any questions or concerns they may have, and ultimately guiding them towards a successful sale. This requires a persistent yet polite approach, with a keen eye on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- • We are seeking individuals who possess a confident and friendly phone presence, coupled with a genuinely sales-driven mindset. You will need to effectively manage your schedule, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized workflow to ensure no opportunity is missed and every customer query is addressed promptly.
- • Proficiency in essential digital tools is a must. You should be comfortable using Gmail, Google Workspace, and Excel for daily tasks, communication, and data management. Familiarity with other online platforms and systems used for customer relationship management and sales operations will be beneficial. Furthermore, you must possess excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting professional, clear, and persuasive emails and other written correspondence to clients, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience.
