  • • In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, assisting them with making essential changes to their current insurance policies through Jerry's extensive network of over 55 insurance carrier partners.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire spectrum of customer support, from meticulously processing service changes, such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, to updating lienholder information and providing policy documents.
  • • You will also be instrumental in addressing customer inquiries regarding intricate policy details, coverages, and benefits, ensuring clarity and satisfaction with every interaction.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves proactive customer retention. You will engage with policyholders who may be at risk of cancellation, diligently working to identify and implement solutions that meet their needs and encourage them to remain with Jerry.
