  • • As a Customer Service Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued existing customers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty by expertly managing changes to their current insurance policies.   • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. You will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound calls from our existing customer base. You will be empowered to resolve a wide range of customer inquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve processing various service requests. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting customers with adding or removing vehicles and drivers from their policies, updating lienholder information, and promptly sending out policy documents. Each of these tasks requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy to ensure our customers' policies are always up-to-date and reflect their current needs.
  • • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in helping customers navigate the intricacies of their existing insurance policies. This involves answering questions related to coverages, explaining policy benefits, and guiding them through any necessary policy modifications. Your expertise will empower customers to make informed decisions about their auto insurance, reinforcing their trust in Jerry.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is customer retention. You will actively engage with policyholders who may be at risk of cancellation, employing your problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions that address their concerns. By proactively finding ways to retain our customers, you will play a direct role in our continued success and our ability to serve millions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of handling inbound customer inquiries.
  • • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • • A strong passion for helping others and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology tools.

  • • Hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.00, commensurate with experience.
