- • Customer Service Agent (Remote) at Jerry Technologies Inc. – Help car owners save time and money by supporting policy changes and inquiries for one of the fastest-growing fintech startups in the U.S.
- • Respond to inbound calls, process service requests (adding/removing vehicles/drivers, lienholder info, policy documents), and assist customers with coverage questions or policy changes to retain Jerry policyholders.
- • Join a mission-driven team at Jerry.ai, America’s first and only super app for car ownership, backed by AI and ML, serving over 5M customers with a 4.7-star rating and #1 ranking in the App Store.
- • Develop expertise in insurance policy management, customer retention strategies, and fintech operations while receiving ongoing training and mentorship from leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- • Passion for helping others
🏖️ Benefits
- • Hourly wage: $19.00 - $21.00
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. will pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)
