- • Respond to inbound calls from existing Jerry customers seeking assistance with their insurance policies
- • Process service requests including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents
- • Provide clear explanations of existing policy coverages, benefits, and terms to customers
- • Assist customers in making changes to their insurance policies through Jerry’s network of 55+ insurance carrier partners
- • Actively work to retain policyholders by identifying and resolving issues that may lead to cancellation
- • Support customers with questions related to refinancing, safety, and repair services offered through the Jerry platform
- • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy changes in internal systems
- • Adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements when handling sensitive customer and policy information
- • Utilize provided work equipment to perform all customer service duties remotely
- • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs led by the leadership team to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- • Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high service quality and efficiency
- • Operate within flexible scheduling options: choose between a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek
- • Contribute to a customer-first culture focused on simplifying car ownership and improving customer experiences
- • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- • Represent Jerry Technologies Inc. with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach
- • Work in a remote environment with full equipment provided by the company
- • Support Jerry’s mission to help millions of car owners save time and money on their most expensive asset
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- • Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
- • Willingness to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license within 60 days of hire
- • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
