You will act as a liaison, gathering information, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring that all parties have the necessary details to provide optimal service to our clients.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other policy administration platforms is critical. This includes documenting all interactions, updating policyholder information, and tracking the status of service requests.
- • You will be expected to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our various insurance products and services across multiple lines of business. This knowledge base will enable you to provide informed support and guidance to our diverse clientele.

- • This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience within the specialized field of property and casualty insurance underwriting and distribution. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the success of a globally recognized leader in the insurance industry.
- • United Risk is committed to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented work environment. As a CSR, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, paving the way for career advancement within the company.
- • We are looking for individuals who are not only proficient in customer service but also possess a strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new systems and procedures. Your ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain composure under pressure will be key differentiators.
- • Ultimately, this role is about building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients and partners, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence that defines United Risk.
