- • The role involves proactive outbound engagement, data collection, and seamless handoff to licensed agents, ensuring a consistent and professional customer experience that aligns with the company’s mission to serve underserved communities.
- • Day to day, the representative will execute a minimum of two outbound calls per customer from expired lead lists to re-establish contact and assess current insurance needs across Auto, Home, Commercial, and Business policies.
- • They will utilize SMS and texting strategies to follow up with unresponsive leads, adhering to structured scripts to maintain brand voice and compliance standards.
- • Using Agency Matrix and Turborator (Xiway), the representative will update customer records, log call outcomes, and ensure data accuracy for downstream sales processes.
- • They will gather firmographic and personal details such as business type, vehicle information, property details, and coverage history to equip agents with complete profiles for quoting.
- • The representative will qualify leads based on readiness to purchase, ensuring only high-intent prospects are passed to local agents, thereby improving conversion rates and sales efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative or Sales Support role within the insurance industry, specifically with Auto, Home, or Commercial Business lines.
- • Native Spanish fluency and fluent English proficiency are mandatory to effectively serve the Hispanic client base and communicate with Texas-based management.
- • Proven comfort and experience with high-volume outbound calling and warm lead re-engagement, including the ability to maintain professionalism and persistence over extended call sessions.
- • Familiarity with Insurance Management Systems such as Agency Zoom, Agency Matrix, or similar platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate Turborator (Xiway) for data entry and tracking.
- • Strong attention to detail in gathering firmographic and personal data to ensure accuracy and completeness for agent handoff.
- • Ability to follow structured scripts and multi-channel communication protocols (phone, SMS) while adapting tone to customer needs and maintaining brand consistency.
