- • As a Junior Customer Representative at U.S. Bancorp’s Elavon subsidiary, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support in Polish and English via phone and digital channels. This role is vital to delivering high-quality service that helps customers make informed financial decisions and supports the company’s mission to enable financial success for individuals and businesses globally.
- • Day to day, you will handle incoming calls and written inquiries related to banking and card services, resolve customer issues at first contact when possible, assist with account questions, payments, billing, and card services, escalate complex cases to specialized teams, and maintain accurate records in internal systems while building professional customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements
- • Very good command of Polish (C1) and English (B2) both written and spoken
- • Secondary education (high school diploma) – students and graduates welcome

- • Basic computer skills (MS Office, ability to navigate systems)
- • Ability to work with procedures and deadlines
