- • The Customer Service Representative Administrative role at Skillerszone is a dual-function position that combines frontline customer support with essential administrative coordination to ensure seamless operations across the MENA region. This role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction, accurate record-keeping, and smooth internal workflows between sales, logistics, finance, and technical teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp; providing accurate information on products, pricing, delivery, and policies; resolving complaints with empathy and follow-through; managing case tracking from initiation to closure; maintaining CRM/ERP records; preparing documentation such as order forms and service tickets; coordinating appointments and schedules; supporting invoice queries and finance coordination; generating monthly service reports; and liaising with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- • Skillerszone operates in a multicultural, multilingual environment across the MENA region, serving customers through diverse channels and requiring sensitivity to regional norms, time zones, and cultural expectations. 🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field preferred
- • Basic experience in customer service, administrative support, call center operations, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles (MENA experience is a strong advantage)
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, email management, and document formatting
- • Experience using CRM systems
- • Basic proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- • Strong customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, problem-solving ability, integrity, discretion, and cultural sensitivity across MENA markets
