- • The Customer Service Representative Administrator role at Motorola Solutions supports the MVRecovery division by ensuring efficient collateral recovery processes through accurate account management and coordination with field agents and clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining account orderliness, assigning field agents to accounts, updating account information from client inputs, communicating escalated issues to supervisors or clients, and managing all tasks via a proprietary centralized dashboard—all performed remotely with no field work or travel required.
- • The MVRecovery team is a specialized unit within Motorola Solutions focused on skip tracing, forwarding, and impound operations, connecting lenders and repossession agents to enable faster, compliant recoveries using technology and skilled personnel.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in recovery operations, customer service in high-stakes environments, and proprietary systems, while contributing to Motorola Solutions’ mission of building safer communities through reliable collateral recovery services.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED
- • 2+ years of Customer Service and Account Management experience
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no sponsorship available)
