  • • Provide multilingual customer service in both Czech and English to Binance users globally via ticketing systems and live chat platforms.
  • • Respond to customer inquiries regarding account access, trading operations, deposit/withdrawal processes, and platform functionality with accuracy and speed.
  • • Assist users with identity verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) approval processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • • Resolve customer complaints related to transaction delays, security alerts, platform errors, and account restrictions in a timely and professional manner.
  • • Document customer interactions thoroughly in internal systems to maintain accurate records and support continuous service improvement.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams including compliance, product, and technical support to escalate and resolve complex user issues.
  • • Gather and relay customer feedback on platform usability, feature requests, and pain points to improve product experience and service quality.
  • • Maintain high standards of empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial matters and emotionally charged customer situations.
  • • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols when handling personal and financial information of users across multiple jurisdictions.
  • • Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and first-contact resolution targets.
  • • Stay updated on Binance product updates, policy changes, regulatory developments, and cryptocurrency market trends to provide informed support.
  • • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with fluctuating demand, requiring adaptability and strong time management skills.
  • • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by participating in training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and quality assurance reviews.
  • • Support global user base across time zones, with potential for shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • • Represent Binance’s brand values of transparency, security, and user empowerment in every customer interaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Native or fluent proficiency in both Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, or online platform environments.
  • • Ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure.
  • • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset with empathy for users facing financial or technical difficulties.
  • • Familiarity with ticketing systems, live chat platforms, and CRM tools used in digital service environments.
  • • Understanding of basic cryptocurrency concepts, blockchain technology, or digital asset trading is preferred.
