  • • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in accordance with internal documentation standards and data privacy policies.
  • • Adhere to strict response time targets to ensure fast resolution of customer concerns and uphold Binance’s reputation for responsive support.
  • • Stay updated on Binance’s evolving product offerings, including trading tools, finance products, Web3 features, and payment solutions to provide informed assistance.
  • • Follow established protocols for handling sensitive user data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with global data protection regulations.
  • • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy and professionalism are critical to maintaining user trust in a 24/7 global operation.
