  • • Provide multilingual customer service support in both Greek and English to Binance users across global markets via ticketing systems and live chat platforms.
  • • Respond to customer inquiries regarding cryptocurrency trading, account verification, deposit/withdrawal processes, security protocols, and platform functionality with accuracy and speed.
  • • Assist users with identity verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) approval workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues related to account access, transaction delays, wallet connectivity, and platform errors in a timely and professional manner.
  • • Document customer interactions thoroughly in internal systems to maintain accurate records and support continuous service improvement.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams including compliance, product, and engineering to escalate complex issues and provide actionable customer feedback for platform enhancements.
  • • Maintain high standards of service quality by adhering to response time SLAs and ensuring consistent, empathetic communication with users from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • • Stay updated on Binance product updates, new features, regulatory changes, and security advisories to provide informed and current support.
  • • Identify recurring customer pain points and contribute to knowledge base improvements, FAQs, and self-service resources to reduce repeat inquiries.
  • • Uphold Binance’s commitment to user fund transparency, security, and trust by delivering clear, accurate, and compliant information at all times.
  • • Handle sensitive customer data with strict confidentiality and in alignment with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and crisis response capabilities.
  • • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices, supporting peers, and maintaining a solution-oriented mindset under high-volume conditions.
  • • Monitor and prioritize customer tickets based on urgency and impact, ensuring critical issues are addressed without delay.
  • • Demonstrate patience and emotional intelligence when assisting users experiencing financial stress, technical confusion, or security concerns related to digital assets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Native or fluent proficiency in both Greek and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, or online trading platforms
  • • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency basics, including wallets, transactions, KYC/AML procedures, and common user issues
  • • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment with strict response time requirements
  • • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and live chat platforms
  • • High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive user data and financial transactions
