- • Assist users with navigation and troubleshooting on the Redfin and Rent websites and mobile applications via phone calls and the Zendesk ticketing system.
- • Resolve technical bugs and issues reported by customers to ensure seamless platform functionality.
- • Collaborate with agents and internal teams to verify and correct data accuracy across the website and mobile apps.
- • Support customers with account maintenance tasks, including profile updates, login issues, and service adjustments.
- • Ensure a high-quality customer service experience by owning issues from initial contact through full resolution.
- • Maintain consistent communication with customers to provide clear updates and timely follow-ups on service requests.
- • Work within a rotating weekend on-call schedule to provide coverage outside standard business hours.
- • Adhere to a Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST schedule, with occasional weekend on-call responsibilities.
- • Use Slack and AWS phone system to coordinate with team members and manage customer interactions.
- • Prioritize customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience, and persistence in resolving inquiries.
- • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the Zendesk ticketing platform.
- • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple customer cases simultaneously without compromising service quality.
- • Contribute to a positive team culture by fostering collaboration, humility, and mutual support among colleagues.
- • Uphold company standards for professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-centric problem solving.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and in a team while handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- • Commitment to resolving customer issues with persistence and care
- • Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system, AWS phone system, and Slack (preferred)
- • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, with rotating weekend on-call duties
