- • Provide multilingual customer service in both Latvian and English to Binance users globally via ticketing systems and live chat platforms.
- • Respond to customer inquiries regarding cryptocurrency trading, account access, security protocols, deposit/withdrawal processes, and platform functionality with accuracy and speed.
- • Assist users with identity verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) approval processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • Resolve customer complaints and escalated issues promptly while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone.
- • Document customer interactions thoroughly in internal systems to ensure continuity of service and accurate record-keeping.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including compliance, product, and technical support to escalate and resolve complex user issues.
- • Gather and relay customer feedback on platform usability, feature requests, and pain points to improve overall user experience.
- • Adhere to strict security and data privacy protocols when handling sensitive user information and financial transactions.
- • Maintain high service standards by meeting response time targets and achieving customer satisfaction metrics.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or fluent proficiency in both Latvian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- • Ability to handle sensitive financial and personal data with strict confidentiality and compliance awareness.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset with empathy for users facing technical or financial challenges.
- • Comfortable working with ticketing systems, live chat platforms, and CRM tools in a high-volume support environment.
- • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support global user bases.
