- • This role is pivotal in simplifying the often complex and frustrating world of automotive warranties, ensuring a positive and educational experience for every customer.
- • You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, dedicating your expertise to educating customers about their warranty coverage and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- • A core aspect of your responsibility will be to anticipate customer needs, contributing to the evolution of our self-service options while consistently delivering world-class customer service.
