- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This involves responding to all inquiries promptly and with a warm, clear communication style that balances approachability with a high degree of professionalism. You'll be tasked with building genuine rapport with customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing personalized recommendations that enhance their experience. - • A significant portion of your role will involve meticulous order management and account coordination. You will process phone and online orders with utmost accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Maintaining and updating customer accounts with precise data will be essential for seamless operations. You will also play a part in onboarding new clients, guiding them through our systems and platforms to ensure a smooth transition. Close coordination with our operations, design, and logistics teams will be necessary to guarantee timely delivery and fulfillment of orders. Handling changes, cancellations, special requests, and account updates will require a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. Furthermore, you'll assist clients in navigating our tech-enabled communication platforms and systems, ensuring they can utilize our services effectively. Setting up new accounts and supporting manual processes, automations, and account creation will also fall under your purview.
- • Problem resolution and issue management are critical components of this position. You will be expected to provide effective solutions to customer issues, troubleshooting common problems independently before escalating when necessary. Resolving customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a strong sense of ownership is paramount. When complex issues arise, you will escalate them to the appropriate teams while ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the process. Handling challenging conversations, particularly with frustrated customers, requires a calm, professional, and empathetic approach. You will be adept at clearly explaining complex billing, utility, or service concepts to customers who may not have a technical background. Reviewing bills and usage patterns to identify trends and form initial hypotheses will be part of your analytical responsibilities, translating technical or billing information into easily understandable terms for the customer.
- • Documentation and administrative support are integral to maintaining efficient operations. You will meticulously document all customer interactions, feedback, and case histories within our CRM systems, ensuring all notes and ticket management adhere to established workflow standards. Tagging and escalating issues according to established protocols and SOP guidelines will be a daily task. Collaboration with operations teams to address recurring customer issues will be vital for systemic improvements. During periods of lower call volume, you may be asked to assist with light operational tasks. Organizing communication records and maintaining up-to-date SOP reference materials will contribute to a well-informed team. Generating customer satisfaction reports and issue resolution metrics will provide valuable insights into our service performance.
- • Finally, you will contribute to revenue growth and process improvement. By identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions, you can help promote seasonal offers, premium products, and value-added services. Your insights into client concerns and observed trends will be invaluable in recommending process enhancements. Collaborating with various departments to improve the overall customer experience and developing/refining internal SOPs for the Customer Service Department will be key. Providing feedback on customer trends and areas for operational improvement will directly impact our strategic decision-making and service delivery.
- • This role requires a flexible mindset, as you will be expected to work US time zones, with potential adjustments for client preferences, including weekends and US holidays during peak seasons. The ability to work remotely from the Philippines, LATAM, South Africa, Kenya, or other regions with excellent English communication skills is essential.
