- • Provide multilingual customer service in Slovenian and English to Binance users globally via ticketing systems and live chat platforms.
- • Respond to customer inquiries regarding account access, trading operations, deposit and withdrawal processes, and platform functionality with accuracy and speed.
- • Assist users with identity verification and KYC/AML documentation approval processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues related to cryptocurrency transactions, wallet access, and platform errors.
- • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the support ticketing system for audit and quality assurance purposes.
- • Escalate complex or high-priority cases to relevant internal teams including security, compliance, and product support.
- • Gather and relay customer feedback on platform usability, feature requests, and pain points to improve user experience.
- • Adhere to strict security protocols when handling sensitive user data and personal identification information.
- • Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Binance’s global support standards.
- • Stay updated on new product launches, policy changes, and regulatory updates affecting cryptocurrency services in Slovenia and internationally.
- • Work within a fast-paced, 24/7 global support environment with rotating shifts to accommodate international user time zones.

- • Maintain professional communication standards in both Slovenian and English, ensuring clarity, tone, and cultural appropriateness.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or fluent proficiency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken
- • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or online platform support
- • Strong understanding of KYC/AML procedures and experience handling sensitive user documentation
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment with strict response time targets
