Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Customer Solutions Architect at Nexxa, you will serve as the critical bridge between enterprise customer needs and technical execution, translating complex, ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable system architectures and project plans that enable the delivery of artificial super intelligence solutions for heavy industries.
- • You will own the technical truth of every customer engagement, ensuring that proposed solutions are not only innovative but also feasible, scalable, and aligned with both customer operational realities and Nexxa’s product roadmap, directly impacting the deployment of AI-driven autonomy in manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and legacy systems.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include decomposing customer requirements from workshops and discovery sessions into structured product requirements, system architecture, and technical specifications that guide engineering execution.
- • You will design end-to-end solution architectures for each customer challenge, scoping them into milestone-driven project plans mapped to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between customer outcomes and internal development priorities.
- • You will map customer requirements to existing product capabilities, identifying reusable components, custom development needs, and opportunities to elevate customer-specific solutions into platform features.
- • You will create detailed technical scoping documents that include effort estimates, dependencies, risks, and milestone definitions, providing engineers with unambiguous guidance for execution.
- • You will coordinate closely with Applied AI and Core Engineering teams to ensure architecture-driven implementation, resolving technical ambiguities and aligning efforts across disciplines.
- • You will participate in customer workshops and technical deep-dives, acting as the trusted technical authority on feasibility, optimality, and trade-offs, while building credibility with C-level stakeholders and engineering counterparts alike.
- • You will define integration architectures for enterprise systems such as legacy ERPs, CRMs, MES, PLMs, and IoT platforms, enabling seamless data flow and operational intelligence across heterogeneous industrial environments.
- • You will establish reusable architecture patterns and reference implementations that accelerate future deployments, turning one-off engagements into scalable product advancements.
- • You will own the technical inputs to proposals and Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring that commercial commitments are grounded in realistic technical assessments and risk-aware planning.
- • You will work in a high-impact, low-bureaucracy environment where you collaborate directly with the CPO and CTO on every engagement, shaping both product strategy and customer outcomes.
- • Through this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI/ML system architecture, enterprise integration, and industrial systems, while gaining unparalleled exposure to Fortune 100 industrial clients and cutting-edge artificial super intelligence applications.
- • You will have the opportunity to architect the intelligence layer for some of the world’s largest industrial companies, leaving a lasting technical legacy in systems that power global manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with at least 3 years focused on designing solutions for enterprise customers.
- • Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns, including APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, event-driven architecture, data warehousing, and cloud-native services, with AWS preferred.
- • Strong understanding of AI/ML system architecture, including RAG pipelines, ML algorithm design and usage, multi-agent orchestration, model serving, and feedback loops.
- • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical architecture with well-defined scope boundaries.
- • Demonstrated experience working with heavy industry, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics customers, with an understanding of their data complexity and system heterogeneity.
- • Excellent technical documentation skills, capable of producing clear architecture diagrams, scoping documents, and technical specs that enable unambiguous engineering execution.
- • Strong communication skills, allowing effective engagement with C-level executives and hands-on technical collaboration with engineers in the same day.
- • Comfort with customer-facing work, including regular participation in workshops, calls, and meetings with enterprise stakeholders.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Architect the intelligence layer for the world’s largest industrial companies, with your designs deployed at Fortune 100 enterprises.
- • Work directly with the CPO and CTO on every engagement, operating in a zero-bureaucracy environment that accelerates impact and decision-making.
- • Backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs, providing access to their portfolio network, enterprise resources, and strategic guidance.
- • Early-stage equity with significant upside potential, aligning your success with Nexxa’s long-term growth and mission.
