  • • Serve as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner to HubSpot clients, guiding them through platform implementation, optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business goals, marketing workflows, sales processes, and customer service needs, then design tailored HubSpot solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • • Lead end-to-end implementation of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and systems.
  • • Conduct discovery workshops, technical assessments, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for automation, lead nurturing, reporting improvements, and pipeline efficiency.
  • • Translate complex HubSpot features into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and sales leaders.
  • • Develop and deliver customized training sessions, documentation, and best practice guides to empower clients to maximize their HubSpot investment independently.
  • • Work closely with SmartBug’s internal teams — including implementation specialists, developers, and account managers — to ensure client success from onboarding through long-term adoption.
  • • Monitor client health metrics and proactively identify risks or expansion opportunities, acting as the central point of contact for all technical and strategic client inquiries.
  • • Stay current with HubSpot product updates, new features, and ecosystem integrations to provide clients with cutting-edge, future-proof solutions.
  • • Prepare and present client success reports that focus on revenue impact, lead conversion rates, customer retention, and ROI — not vanity metrics.
  • • Advocate for client feedback within SmartBug’s product and service teams to influence roadmap priorities and improve overall client experience.
  • • Maintain deep expertise in HubSpot’s certification paths and industry best practices, ensuring all client solutions align with HubSpot’s standards and compliance requirements.
  • • Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent delivery of results — contributing to SmartBug’s industry-leading client retention rate.
  • • Represent SmartBug Media at HubSpot events, webinars, and partner forums, reinforcing our reputation as a top-tier HubSpot solutions provider.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Customer Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or similar role within the HubSpot ecosystem
  • • HubSpot Certification (Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hub) required
  • • Demonstrated ability to design and execute end-to-end CRM and marketing automation implementations
  • • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing workflows, lead scoring, email automation, and CRM data hygiene
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
  • • Experience working remotely with distributed teams and managing client expectations across time zones
